• You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, which may take 10-15 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
